The Rice AI Venture Accelerator Program (RAVA) is a Rice University and Google led initiative designed to advance early-stage AI innovation and commercialization in leading global organizations.

RAVA partners gain access to:

  • RAVA catalyzes AI adoption by working closely with partners to ensure collaboration with the most relevant, early stage AI solutions (sourced in and outside of the RAVA cohorts) customized to your strategic, product, and R&D priorities.

  • Meaningful opportunities to collaborate and network with other RAVA partners, Google and Rice University, through hybrid programming.

  • Priority, ROFR investing rights into the program’s selected AI startups, and opportunity to be a partner in an AI focused venture fund.

  • Proprietary access to Rice and Google’s cutting-edge research, applications, and top AI/ML researchers and industry experts. Includes access to Google’s technical resources and ability to leverage their leading position in AI platforms, gen AI, security, and data.

  • Utilize RAVA’s studio resources, infrastructure, sandbox, and expertise to ideate and launch your own customized AI solutions from ideation stage.

  • Partners make a three year commitment that goes towards operating RAVA and providing capital to the startup cohorts.
