Jinneth Ramos is the Executive Assistant at The Ion, Rice University’s innovation hub dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship, collaboration, and business growth. In her role, Jinneth ensures the seamless execution of events, operations, and executive engagements while serving as a key liaison between corporate partners, tenants, and internal teams. She manages office administration, vendor relations, and logistical planning to enhance the overall experience for The Ion’s stakeholders.

With a career spanning over 30 years in marketing, hospitality, and administration, Jinneth has built a strong reputation for cultivating relationships, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional service. Before joining The Ion, she served as a Sustainability Advisor and Account Manager at Corporate Waste Solutions, where she guided clients on sustainable waste management practices and optimized service contracts to align with environmental goals. She later transitioned to Transwestern at The Ion as a Team Services Coordinator, where she played a critical role in managing facility operations, vendor contracts, and large-scale office transitions.

Jinneth’s expertise in operational management, customer service, and executive support enables her to drive efficiency and maintain excellence in every aspect of her work.
