BiliDx
BiliDx is a bilirubinometer used to measure Total Serum Bilirubin (TSB) in neonates by measuring light transmitted through the serum sampled on a disposable test strip. It allows nurses and clinicians the ability to get quick and accurate TSB results, so they can manage jaundice treatment without leaving the ward or waiting for external testing. Preliminary studies show that it is more likely that a clinician will make the correct decision using BiliDx than a transcutaneous (TcB) device.
