Why did you start a startup?

Sometimes these things just happen. You wake up and you've already started.

What was your first job?

I worked in a toy store starting at age 14, paid cash under the table. But I was there for the store discount.

What’s the most unexpected thing you’ve had to do as a founder?

Created a funeral for a glacier.

What’s the best piece of feedback you've ever gotten from a customer or user?

Getting a shout-out from the legendary Barbra Streisand.
